Snapshot Charts for CRM tm has the following requirements:
- Microsoft Dynamics CRM v4.x On-Premise or Partner Hosted (assuming the partner allows ISV applications to be installed in their environment)
- Adobe Flash Player v10 (Installed as part of the installation if not currently installed)
- If your Dynamics CRM environment is configured with the application server separate from the database server, Kerberos Authentication must be properly configured
